At Cobra, we want you to feel as bold as our designs; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
